Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Membership in Saint Bernard Multipurpose Cooperative (SBMPC) is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the cooperative.

2. Application Process: Applicants must complete the online membership application form accurately. SBMPC reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.

3. Membership Approval: Upon successful completion of the application process, applicants will be notified of their membership approval. Membership is subject to verification and approval by SBMPC.

4. One-Time Membership Fee: Members are required to pay a one-time membership fee as specified by SBMPC.

5. Savings and Share Capital: Members are encouraged to contribute to their savings and share capital accounts. The share capital represents the member's ownership in SBMPC.

6. Payment Methods: Members can make payments through manual bank transactions or e-cash platforms like Gcash. Bank details for manual transactions and Gcash information will be provided upon membership approval.

7. Privacy Policy: SBMPC collects personal information provided voluntarily by users, such as names, contact information, and other relevant details, for the purpose of membership processing and communication. Members have the right to review and update their personal information.

8. Changes to Terms and Policies: SBMPC reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment Policy

1. Payment Schedule: The one-time membership fee is payable upon approval of membership.

2. Payment Methods: Members can choose to make payments through manual bank transactions or via e-cash platforms like Gcash. Bank details and Gcash information will be provided upon membership approval.

3. Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Savings and share capital contributions are given upon termination, subject to applicable policies.
